Here, they have one flail mower mounted at the front of the tractor and a second on the back so they can cut 2 swathes at once but they're just ordinary "low-tech" flail mowers………….

For the roadside posts, they tend to use weedkiller squirted from a reservoir on a slow moving truck.

Must say I was very impressed with the bit that did the posts. Some engineering eh.

They probably got the idea from watching the bobbies at my last station going through a buffet together……!
