Not working

Yesterday I found a long list of things to change in my profile, but I can't find it today. Anyway, I think I opted to have notifications sent when someone posted in a topic I'd started. I did this because people probably think I'm ignoring them. I know I'm probably doind something wrong, so can I get some help from a mod please.

I just got an email notification for this Pete, so somethings working.

I'll have a look.
