Rewheeling older stock

Hi All     I don’t suppose a reputable company like Bachmann would deliberately set out to short change customers, but, I have some old wagons with plastic wheels that I want to rewheel with metal wheels for one of my projects.Rather than buy online, I went into a local  establishment with an equal reputation  to purchase my 10 Axle packet ( Brand new ) of Bachmann wheels, had a chat, and returned home. To my surprise ? there is only 9 of the 10 axles.
Would someone please tell how to proceed?   Best wishes.  Kevin

Hi All. It seems that I have “jumped the gun” , being impatient , as I am ? I have just received a reply from Bachmann .Their service department had a spare set, and it is winging its way here.  Kevin
