Wonderful Victorian masterpieces.  Sadly, the one in Leeds (Kirgate Market) was burnt down some years back.

I think you'd agree, Peter, there are some remarkably similar halls here in France, I think Perigeuex has one as does Avignon.

I wonder if there is still a core of tradesmen who could build its like today?
