purchasing

Hi has anyone any ideas to what sort of industrial building can be used in this area? I`m stuck for ideas. Thankyou.

Not sure of what the surrounds are to the area, But you could do a number of things
  1. You could do a car park like a Park and ride for buses or for the station if theres a station near by, or one of those secure car parks that people leave there car in when they go on Holiday from an airport.
  2. The classic warehouse of a company of your own choice with the usual scrap and junk around it
  3. Or some other industrial building like a car garage, office building, maybe a power sub station

Thank you very much for replying, i do have a station car park and the area is next to a railway maintenance depot. so the last suggestion sounds pretty good. Many Thanks again new04db

A wood yard is always an attractive proposition with it's various activities and shed styles. Brewery, gas works, milk depot, almost any industrial activity.

It could be filled with two or three trailers/containers of the Andy Roadlines Transport Co.Ltd……with a Porta  Cabin office, or if you can't find any inspiration here

You can get it in 2 heights at 9 inch lengths. Hope this helps
