It deals largely with the UK railways and is an excellent source of prototype information. Current matters are not covered, all are at least ten years old. The articles are comprehensive and superbly illustrated. The publisher and editor is Michael Blakemore and his website  Pendragon Publishing  is well worth a look.

I must admit an interest as I am a fairly regular contributor.
