For sound deadening and cushioning.
Has anyone ever used anything like this? …..http://www.diy.com/departments/diall-3mm-foam-self-adhesive-solid-wood-underlay-10m/37809_BQ.prd
I know folk use cork, and even cover the whole of their boards with it, but I wonder if that product I've linked to would be suitable.
It's only 3mm thick and self adhesive so it should work. I may just pop to the local B&Q and see it in the flesh.
What do you reckon fellas, any good?

I've also read that the green fibre board underlay for "clic" flooring is also quite useful for the job - cheap too. ;-)
