Hopefully none of you have noticed at all, that work has been going on in the background. No ? Good

At some time in the not to distant future it will be necessary to take the Forum offline for some essential maintenance,     (just switch it off and switch it on HE said)   Before this happens we will give plenty of notice 

When this takes place  members will need to log in again . In view of this I would like ALL members to carry out a trial log out to make sure they have no issues, so that we can deal with any problems Before we carry out the shutdown rather than During and after, as we Might be busy with other things then. 

 First will all members please go into their profiles and check that the email listed is the current, up to date one.

 This is important as IF you have an issue with your password and do a password reset, the system will send your reset password to the listed email. IF you do a password reset and don't see an email, dont panic !  Check your Spam folder.
 If after a while you STILL don't see one then contact us and we will help.

Make sure you have a note of your CURRENT email

Make sure you have a note of your user name (don't forget upper case lower case etc)

Make sure you have your password

At your leisure, carry out a trial logout and then log back in, ( If you are logged in on more than one device you only need to do this on ONE device)

As I said, there is NO rush for this, anytime over the next week or so should be fine.

While I've got your attention, when did you last CHANGE your password ? Is your existing password something you use elsewhere ?  Been using for a long time ? Probably a good time to think about changing it and also using something that you don't use in multiple places. You do this in your profile, you will need your old password and then create a unique new password
