Without breakages

Hi All.  I am certain that this is a piece of cake job, because I have done it before, but, this wagon seems to be a different kettle of fish?  So to speak.  Best wishes Kevin

Hi Kevin

Check that there isn't a screw through the underside of the chassis into the coal load - a favourite Dapol trick.  When the wagon is empty, a little bit of PVA can be dribbled into the bottom of the wagon and painted black to disguise the hole.  Don't be tempted to drop a load of odd coal lumps in - traders would never leave coal in a wagon!!

Hi Barry.  Thank you for your help. I have had that before, but, this time no screw just a tight fit. And for my next trick, I am going to replace the couplers.  Best wishes Kevin
