Transfesa fruit vans/ ferry wagons makers???
Hi All. In the years that I was out of the model railway hobby, nearly fifty, I did a lot of sightseeing , mostly by train all over Europe. But one group of wagons that hold fond memories are the ones stabled at Paddock Wood, and there always seemed to be shed loads? Transfesa fruit vans/ ferry wagons makers??? All either waiting to be unloaded or run back empty. My question being"Was there any OO scale models made of them, and if so who was the manufacturer , and were they sold in the U.K.All the best. Kevin .
Edit by Sol to add the wagon type.

The latest offerings have the smaller couplings fitted and metal wheels. I have retro-fitted metal wheels to my examples, added weight and also restricted the swivelling axleboxes with Blu-tack, all of which have improved the reliability of their running.
