Not quite Yorkshire but a very interesting site which shows how realistic  small tram layouts can be.

If memory serves me right (without going to it now) I think he models in 7mm scale but it's a super site with lots of goodies on offer. :thumbs

 

There is  7mm scale on there but the Sunderland layouts seem to use Corgi trams which have been motorised which are as far as I know are 00/HO scale.
