I just got an email from the US Postal service that Eurolokshop has sent my pantos. Good work, Sol. They should be here early next week.Last edit: by MaxSouthOz

Headlight/tail light combo switching from front to back. Inside lights. Blue high intensity LED flashes as the reed switch passes over the magnet.
. . . oops. Strong magnet likes the coupler mounting bolt (or vice versa). Note to self . . . change to brass bolt.

What else can I find fault with ? I know, no number on the tram.
The flash looks good. Is the headlight bright normally or is it my eyes/PC?

As you may be aware, the brightness of all lighting on Loksound decoders is infinitely adjustable . . . ;-)

Nice one Max I had the opisit problem of the magnets coming unstuck from the baseboard attaching themselves under the power car and derailing the train. Teach me to try and use blue tack! :thumbs

I keep looking at them to my right thinking i have to get on with them soon
I need to make a decision with them as there is a short and a long route in how i do them scenic wise
I am commited whichever way i jump.
I have a picture in my mind of how i would like to do them but the time to do that might be to much.
i may post in my module thread soon for opinions

OK. To recap. I started with a blank sound decoder and scratch built the sound files by recording them as .wav files live from the original tram. Each recording was then cut up into small sound files and transferred into the decoder via the Lokprogrammer.
I've got the model to the point where it will run, but there are several more details to add before I can paint it. I thought I'd do the windows last so I can paint the frames more easily.
I'm really happy with the sound quality and volume of the gong, hooter and compressor, etc. I found that by getting the sounds myself I have been able to control the quality all the way along the line. Anyway, this is what I've got so far.

I haven't done any editing. The clips are straight off the camera.
YouTube is down for maintenance, so I can't check the link. I hope it's OK. Here goes.
