I was trying to attach a file to a topic, and am getting an error:

Error detected with respect to the upload of a file: the server is missing a temporary folder for the file

There are also errors when you click on the Help & FAQs across the top …

Cannot create a /home/zffbghu53pql/public_html/ymr/composr/themes/YMR2/templates_cached/EN/CATALOGUE_DEFAULT_GRID_ENTRY_FIELD.tpl.tcp file. File permissions for the /home/zffbghu53pql/public_html/ymr/composr/themes/YMR2/templates_cached/EN directory have not been set correctly.

Any idea when the problems will be solved?

I'm told the SLA with the hosting company is something like 5 days Claus, and of course the week-end is coming up, so next week some time I expect.

As soon as I know more I'll post an update.

At least I can now log in and post something, which I couldn't earlier in the week

Thanks for the update Ed and as you say, at least we can see the site again and make posts. Looking forward to the return of Alan's jigsaws in the not too distance also.

For your information Ed, which unfortunately will not be a surprise, I still can't post images in posts, as they do not load, apparently due to a missing server folder.

Will try again next week.

It's the same problem Alan has when he tries to load the jigsaw, Bill.

Hopefully we'll get some sort of idea of when this will all be fixed after the week-end.

I couldn't even access the forum for 2 days -error.
And just now tried to access the Members page & problems - unable to do so  - something is really wrong with the forum…

and that previous post of mine took well over 30 seconds to work...

We know Ron. all part of the same problem.

Hey folks - apologies I've been quiet been very busy. As Ed has been communicating there's been some problems with the server we've asked the hosting company to investigate.

In the meantime I've made some changes this morning that seem to have helped in the short term.

We're working on the problem to get everything running back smoothly - stick with us, we'll get there.
