So as we are doing a weathering on wagons mainly i felt that wagons have a bad time on our models, we tend to forget they where the backbone of why railways where built and so layouts tend to leave them out. They should be all over the layout, in sidings, on the side of the tracks, just about anywhere really.
So its not reall history as such but i was thinking would you like me to do a piece on here about them?.
Please do answer this and not just look for a few days, as i would like to crack on with other BR history i am doing at the mo but as this wont take long to do i could do a quickie like :D

Information of wagons, how they came about, how long they carried owners names after nationalisation, what the different colours were for etc would be great - anything.
Oh yes and when you've finished that, and of course your BR history which is more than useful, how about a bit on the fleet numbers for BR trucks (Scammels, vans etc). Any chance you could put it on your list of things to research? Assuming of course that the lodger we've all bribed to stay whilst you do this research is still there.
