My present layout. Denver & Rio Grande Western in Colorado. Not based on any real location, but hopefully a flavour of what it the real thing is like. Visited the Cumbres & Toltec and the Durango & Silverton in 2019 and tried to get a picture of these, from semi desert to being amid 14000' peaks. I'll load up a few more over the next few days, but I feel the layout is, maybe, a little over ambitious about what I was trying to achieve and may cut back to a more manageable and portable one, the present one measures 20'x10'.

Most loco's are Blackstone Models, as is much of the rolling stock, but many things are kit built. and 3 locos are Japanese brass. All sound and light fitted.

Awesome layout! I love that scene with the canyon and the rafters. And the galloping goose is nice too. I see a few different interest non-steam engine rail vehicles, by the engine shed.

The speeder in a Durango Press kit and the Model T behind is something I picked up from Shapeways.

Fantastic modelling, must have taken you years.

Are the buildings kits, RTP or scratchbuilt?

Agree with Darius about the canyon :thumbs3:

Bit of a mix. The ones in the main township are RTP and a Walthers 'Merchants Row' kit, with a few from Bar Mills, Fos Scale and other laser cut kit makers. Outside of there, it is mostly Bar Mills, Fos, Banta Modelworks, Blair Line and scratchbuilds.
