Either Great Western locos are not powerful enough to pull a handful of carriages up the incline from Weybourne towards Holt by themselves, or one or the other was expected to breakdown. :mutley:mutley:pedal

Either way, these two, 3717 'City of Truro' and 5619, 56xx, were inseparable.

And before I get loads of hate mail….I'm only kidding…..:cool wink

If that's your picture Perry I'll put it in our permanent Prototype reference section.
As a matter of interest just how many 'City Of Truro' locomotives are there as we have 3440 in our reference section.

It is my photo, Bob, so you can safely file it away if you wish.

I can't answer your question though. It took me a couple of hours and several stiff drinks to get up the courage just to photograph something with Gre*t Wes**rn on the side of it.:???::mutley:mutley

You just chuck in a little bit of bait………….:mutley:mutley:mutley

I knew I wouldn't have to wait long for a bite from Phill at least, but I got two! Michael has joined the fray. :thumbs :mutley:mutley:pedal

(For the benefit of more recently joined members who may have trouble understanding what is going on here, Phill, Jeff and I have been having a regular bit of banter about me being anti-G*R for a number of years.)
