I've just had my regular morning walk (thanks to the dog) on which I cross the branch line from Landshut to Mühldorf where the line crosses the river Isar just west of Landshut.
Today the weather has been exceptionally beautiful so I took a few photographs:
The first photo shows a DMU class 628 on its way to Salzburg looking west. The second shows the beautiful bridge accross the river Isar looking east.
I hope you enjoy the photos
kind regards
Helmut

I wish I had taken those photos so I could use them at Photography Club. Beautiful.
The skull is a nice touch. ;-)
Cheers

I love the slightly misty atmosphere.
Oh, and welcome, Helmut (I haven't posted in your other, introductory thread). :cheers

thanks for your encouraging comments. No, I've never been a professional photagrapher but I use photographs as a basis for most of my pictures, so maybe that's how it came about.
Both photographs are tken with my smartphone - though I have a digital SLR, I hardly every use it as it's always a lot of stuff to cary around. And most of the time I find that when I've set up my camara the motive's gone …
Kind regards
Helmut
