Maybe good for a period model 1930's-40s?

Hi all another couple of photos from my 1987 trip, I took these near Burnley, a friend of my cousin collects and repairs old motors.

Hope these come out allright. regards,Derek

Not much to criticise there, Derek.
When you get to that stage it's more a matter of preference than expertise.

That's a matter for you, Derek.
I would, personally - just to cut off the unwanted background.
However, in, for example, a Railway Station setting, the background may be just what is required.

Hi Robert, I have tracked down our truck details.

They were built by Willys Overland Crossley in Heaton Chapel Stockport.

A joint venture between Willys Overland USA and Crossley Motors UK setup in 1912 to assemble overland vehicles for the british market.

The range of trucks were modified in 1928 and renamed Manchesters.

They were built with that brand name between 1928 and 1933.

Willys Overland Crossley went into Liquidation in 1933.

They in fact were tipup trucks often used by coal merchants, very few have survived.

Thats as much as I can glean Bob, hope it keeps the members happy.

regards, Derek
