Dunno Marty, I will use TX34 from Scalescenes called roof cladding…
It has been suggested the pitch needs to be a slightly steeper angle - will have a look at that in the next day or two.

Max commented on the snow load and, even in Devon, that can be quite high. There is a building regulation regarding roof pitch, which is much steeper than in more southerly climes - or in your case, northerly climes. I'll see if I can find out from my brother who was an architect. :thumbs

One thing did strike me - I'm assuming the roof is either "weathered" panels or felt of some kind where the lines form the seamed join between two "panels".
On the front edge of the canopy, and probably the rear edge too, the "seam" should run down the edge rather than set in slightly………… Also, I think it would look better if the seams followed the main roof edge rather than leaving that odd shaped triangle at the front ridge area.
If you did that, it would look as if the roof had actually been made to fit the building rather than just "wall-papered" on. You may get a few odd shaped panels to make it all fit, but then that's very prototypical.:roll::roll:

facia/barge boards and gutters added
The roof panels are ??? dunno what the Scalescenes represents.
I was considering tiles but thought I would have "fun" doing the edges near the gutters.
Not the most ideal building but it fills the hole… after giving it a good matt varnish spray — some weathering powders.
but before it is placed semi-permanently, I have to do roadworks behind it

that would be a good idea except that, that part of the ground is not really accessible by employees or anyone except railway personnel. Employees enter via the back entrances off the road side. I will get a photo of that part tomorrow.Great looking model, but I can see an entrance for the employees on the end of the visible wall…
