You’ll forgive me if I don’t attempt to model “Miss Davies†in a likeness to that photo.
(Wanders off to find a wee dram to steady the nerves….)

Kevin, no need to remove the spring for WIT.Hi Marty. I couldn’t see how old this thread was, and I know that I model in OO where you do N Gauge . But because I use WIT Point Control I remove the spring, and the wire in tube, works in place of the spring. Best wishes Kevin
And Marty, I think more then a "wee dram" is required to settle the nerves….

Hi Ron. Thank you. No I understand that, but, it takes “ clonk out of throws the points “ and allows me to leave a point halfway “ across, which is handy when I don’t want to illuminate an LED that is not on the chosen route on my Mimic Panel. Best wishes Kevin
I don't get any "clonk" on mine when I use WIT & if you have LED alight when you don't want it, as the turnout can only be set one track or the other , I can assume you do not have the LED wired correctly into the switch !
But best to continue this on one of your threads like

Sorry Marty, back to Newcastle Emlyn & miss Davies.

The Ganger and his crew have spent the last few days while the rest of the country is in lock down restoring the neglected trackwork to operating condition.
Here, 1472 and autocoach pause briefly at Pentrecourt Halt to allow Jones the mill to disembark. Jones will cross over the bridge ahead to the flannel mill on the other bank of the river to check the mouse traps and grease the mill machines in preparation for the mill restarting… sometime in the not too distant future hopefully.
1472 rattles it's way on downhill towards Newcastle Emlyn on a reduced service of morning and evening only.
…. but, after way too long, there be trains….

A template for the baseboard needed under the engine shed.
The template needed to be replaced with mdf and supported somehow… life got busy, there was a potential house move in the air and it all got just a little bit too hard… mojo issues you know.
Now the house move is postponed, the lock down has me working from home IN THE LAYOUT ROOM… and there is a smidge, just a smidge, of progress.
An engine shed baseboard support is being tested in the photo below. It was a bit tight and had to be wriggled out again and subtly tweaked to get it to fit.
A pair of supports tightly wedged onto the crossbar, the notch on the right will be for the stream that runs under the engine shed.
Where would we be without jigsaws eh?… the engine shed baseboard offered up as a test fit.
Glued in to place and suitably weighted down…
The glue is dry now and with a bit of cork hacked into shape and the mock up shed back in place a significant step forward has been taken… next is to align the track with the turntable and put in some droppers…
Maybe it won't take 13 months this time.
cheers

You certainly have an eye when it comes to scenic work - and in infant scale too.
Hopefully, you'll be able to hang on to your mojo long enough for us to enjoy some more developments - always assuming the lock-down allows you to stay at home. Can you make chocolates at home ?
