I was sorry to hear that you were having difficulty fitting Kadees to your 57XX. The following link may be helpful:

Hope you get it sorted and as Nigel said, you may have to shim the NEM socket.
Good luck,
Bill :)

First off. Tell me these rifles are replicas. You are worrying me.
The control centre looks like it will need its own UPS system
The only thing that's missing is the big red button.

I have a smaller man cave that was too small for a layout ( or at least I thought that at the time ) where I have my desk and computer ( Mac ) and do my photography stuff.
I've decided to reorganise it and set up my " software house "
One shelf with a test track and where I can leave my electronic gubbins and the power cab set up for quick access to programming my loco's and the data input into the roster on JMRI.
The good thing is this ( for a change ) is a low / no cost exercise as I have all that I need for it. In fact it's prompted me to contact one of my engineering colleagues who is interested in buying the Mac for his son who is undertaking an undergraduate degree in engineering. I sont use it much anyway as all my rail stuff has been centralised on the new laptop that I bought a few months back.
So, it gives me somewhere that I can leave the stuff set up and can just jump on it whenever I have some spare time.
SWMBO doesn't even object so I'm off to a good start. If the Mac goes then there is some dosh towards my Warley trip as well.
Great man cave for the winter months.
Cheers

Big brother and all that. If I see the SWAT vans at the end of the street, Max is getting it.
I'll stick with a catapult.

Looks like the decoder has 2 wires for a stay alive capacitor, in addition to the 6 pins at the other end.
Not sure how good/bad this would be, but as Toto was looking for 6 pin decoder for lighting it may well suffice.

Keep in mind it's almost certainly a Chinese rip-off of a TCS decoder. Lais uses manufacturing ID 153 (among others), same as TCS, and TCS say they have no relationship with Lais. Caveat emptor with these.
