Ooooh wow Phil !!

That looks fantastic.  What is the figure - Modelu ?  Love the cracked/worn concrete aroud the door and track edge plus the chavelled brickwork up the door side.

Did he come with the spanner in his hand or did you put it there ?  Such a great pose and realistic colouring everywhere.  :thumbs :thumbs

Thanks Peter and yes, Modelu with a spanner, great figures.

The shed doors are new plus a lot of other stuff which i'm still working on.

Very impressive Phil.  Its little scenes like this that make a good model a great one.

The area around the sheds have been re-grassed and new wild plants added, also quite a few more Modulu figures in conversation, there's a fence to go up and a bunch of trees to be added behind and over the roof, so..coming along slowly :)

Wonderful stuff Phil. Very impressed!

(one small concern - the diagonal bracing timbers on the door… :???:)

I put it down to wet timber and a hot summer :mutley but I've had a word with the carpenter!

He's right Phil - no good blaming the weather - the bracing struts run the wrong way - either that or your carpenter hung the left hand door on the right hand post ……………..

Otherwise, excellent modelling but then it's no less than we've come to expect from you …………………….

Are we missing a photo showing the conversing figures and new wild plants - or are you just getting us all excited ………..?

I didn't like to say anything about those timbers, but yes, upside down. Having said that: it hardly detracts from a superb scene.

Cheers Pete.

Ah! I thought you were talking about one of the bracing struts not quite meeting the corner?

Well, the way it is, is the way it will stay as there's way too much effort needed to correct it :)

I'm waiting to add a few more details like a fence and more trees before the rest of the gang are shown.

I saw the strut not meeting the corner & thought " ah ha , the camera picked up another slight error".

The fact that they were the "wrong" way - some thing I just learnt as I didn't know that …   but now having a think, yes I see the real reasoning for the requirement but in the model, stress is not so important on the some items.

Yes, the camera picks things up that are barely noticeable to the eye
