Hi Bill. Thank you. But Farnells wanted me to open an account. The more I think about it, all I require is a good screw with the correct thread, to remain screwed up tight to hold it together. Best wishes Kevin

Kevin, what is wrong in opening an account?
Do you have to get your grandmothers signature to approve it ?

Thank you. Ron . That is a good question but, I am not an electrician nor do I intend to be a regular customer, I do however have an account with screwfix . But I shop there regularly. Best wishes Kevin

At 6'4'', Bill is a tall chap, then again, when horizontal he is rather long and people often used to trip over him! . . . and so a nickname was born :)
