Hi Peter

Forgot to mention that the time taken to ensure that the stone/brick courses line up at corners, pillars etc is well worth it.  Nothing looks worse than a building or wall where the brickwork does not match on an obvious corner!

Forgive me for "bigging-up" myself !  I have finished widened all the doors in my house to get my head through and look forward to getting the January 2026 edition of RM land on my doormat. RM November 2025 advert.jpg

Nice one, Barry. I'll have to wait about three months for it to get here in Oz. Looking forward to it.

Cheers Pete.

I subcribe to an app called "Readly" - or rather a friend does and I'm classed as his 'family'.  It used to do Railway Modeller, then stopped but recently re-started so I got my online copy the other day Barry.  I'm about to seetle down with a wee dram and read it.  :thumbs3:
