I have managed to obtain a replacement (the old one had metal rot) chassis for my Hornby Class 50. I  now need to remove the buffers from the old chassis and put them into the new one. Has anyone ever removed the buffers from a Hornby Class 50 without destroying them in the process?Any tips or advice on how to do this would be much appreciated, I have had a look in all the usual places and it seems the class  50 buffers as spares are no longer available. I did think about using the class 31 buffers, does anyone know if these are the same as the class 50?
Thanks

Andy

Try Peter's Spares. He may have some.
