thoroughly enjoyable so far. Will add some depth to the doors as well with additional framing.
To be used for my new Barnstable platform.

Terry, started months ago by glueing the printouts to card but really only got going about Feb 10 in dribs & drabs but I guess without having to wait until paper/card to dry - about 11-12 hours.Very nice Ron. :thumbs What was the total build time?
Terry
I have never really timed myself on buildings, trackwork etc.

Looks sound. Is that Metcalfe platform slabs I see there. I like the way some cracked slabs have been introduced. I think people tend to forget that these exist and things end up too uniform as a result.
Good stuff

I don't think I did Peter but one needs to know how to manipulate cells in spreadsheets by altering row & columns widths, adding borders & fill with colours…..Sol wrote:I'm not sure Sol but did you tell us how you did that somewhere ?…………………………………………………. edge slabs I created in Excel.
as per the attached.

Sometimes depending on the version & brand of software that created the file, adjustments maybe needed by the User.

Try Format Cells - Border - OutlineI see where Excel fits in Sol but whenever I print from it, I lose all the cell markings so it comes out like a word document (but in the right columns etc.)
You can change the thickness of the borders around each cell until it looks right.

I use excel for spreadsheets but can't seem to print anything other than the cell content. :???: Obviously there's something I haven't clicked in the print instructions ……………..

Try downloading Sol's file in post #15 and do a print preview.
If the preview looks OK but it still doesn't print, it's your printer settings or the printer driver files.
You could try looking for a newer version of the printer driver files on the web.
