Please consider drawing/printing your design onto S.A. label paper, then, if you want more relief, stick that sheet to another, sticking same to gazing material, then cut out your window frames etc, cutting right through any interstices but not through the glazing . Before peeling off the 'panes', but burnish the whole with something smooth, I use the end of my knife handle, pick up the corner of each pane with a scalpel tip before pulling it off the acrylic window material with tweezers.

I used to make match stick models. If you leave match sticks in warm water for a while with time and patience you can curve them it helps if you use your thumb nail on the inside of the curve lite presure  needed. thats how we made the wheels.                 Chasw
