Good report Nigel. Looks to be some good modelling shown there. Pity about John, hope there's not a problem.

Just one thing (a good point for all to note) pressing the return button once only between each shot you post, usually results in joining all the shots together. I've edited things now so that the shots are seperated and easier to view. Pressing the return key twice between each photo is the way to go. :thumbs:thumbs:thumbs

Thanks, Nigel.  There is some good stuff there.  Can I ask why the model boxes are lined up along the front of the layout in the thrid photo?   I've not seen that before.

Hi Sparky

It certainly is Dave in the background. He looked healthier than I have seen him in a long time. He trades as PDK and produces superb models. I watched him over the two days from our stand - Hayle MRC - and found it facinating to watch such a crafstman at work. He is 78 and his good lady is 74. Both are actively employed in the business which has been handed over to their son.

Unfortunately I missed the Bodmin show.  My mother was taken seriously and I rushed up to London.  Sadly she passed away last Thursday and I only got back home last night.

Hi, the boxes were in front of the layout in the third picture because it belonged to Liskard Models and was demonstrating sound locos. Yes Dave King is looking very well and 'Old Elms Road' will be at Hayle in August (I booked it).
