It's a bit like little and large what with the Manning Wardel and now the Hunslet.

This has to be the worst kit I have had the unpleasant pleasure of building. Nothing fitted, the castings were arguably the worst I have ever seen and the instructions, well the less said about them the better.

It is supposed to represent number 9 from Baggeridge Colliery which took over from the locos of the Pensnett Railway. It still needs finishing, crew, glazing, sand pipes, couplings and tools.

although you have said its the worst kit you have ever had to make you have made a super job of it.

Is this one for yourself or one of your friends?

Thanks Brian,

Its another for Pattingham,again she is powered by a Mashima 1833 but, with wiper pickups. I'm told you can't have too many locos.:lol:

Hi Marty, I don't think it would be fair to quote the manufacturer by name as this was one of the very early kits. I do know that later models are to a much higher standard.
