Sorry Phill

I had to cover a job on the way up to Bristol, which meant I was already fed up with having to take photos, and had more on my mind than taking photos of the layouts etc.

:pedal:pedal:pedal

Sorry again Phill , just didn't think about it.

A very enjoyable show topped by meeting "the one and only"!

Jeff is a great guy, a firecracker with a wicked sense of humour and is the epitome of a modeller who really does wants to share his vast experience of modelling with those of us who dont posess such skills. I for one owe him a lot from the early days of the forum and it was a joy to meet him. From the photo and my facial expression you can clearly see he has my hand in a very tight grip so any bus drivers who think they have the better of him had better think again.

The paper bag contained a couple of Eckon yard lamps for my new shed area (I may put something in the Devon Junction thread when it's finished) and some low melt solder - not really exciting. I thought I had got away without spending too much but  on the way out this unscrupulous trader forced a T9 into my hands and then insisted on payment - the swine!

Les
