It must be absolutely terrible Bob but please try to stick with it, the benefits for you - and for all the others too - will be so life enhancing. Add to that the sense of achievement and you really will have a new lease of life.
Ken

Well back from work and no fags again :D :D but i have to admit i am now finding it a bit harder. May be the novelty of giving up is wearing off now but i aint giving in   , not now i have gone this far. Well trying my best guys.
What shall i buy well i bought a warehouse metcalf kit today, so on Sunday my day off i shall get the brewery finished and start on the new one. So benefits already, all though like Bob i am finding it hard to concentrate on anything at the mo.
Well done Bob and Peter, also Marty, lets keep going and show the dreaded weed that we can do it.
Phill

Robert wrote:I have been through this before so I know the stages. Quite right, Bob. Only you can set the pace and do this on your own terms.

Regarding the June MR magazine - it's worth a look. There's a cracking article on painting scenery that has really inspired me to finish my backboards. :D
