Well into Day 12 - I see that Sam has buckled a bit but hopefully he gets over that small problem.

How are the rest of youse mob going with reduced fags & eating the wrong food?

I'm doing ok Sol, I think. Nothing like Phill though as I think he shows us all up. Good for you though Phill.

Let me add my encouragement and congratulations to all of us who have reached the 12 day mark!

I have to admit that on Friday I succumbed to temptation as I did not have time to make my own lunch before leaving home and I did not have Steve to send to the cafe at lunchtime. He is back next week but a much bigger problem is my wife returns to the shop from Tuesday and there is no way I will get away with a sneak cake then - I just have to hope nobody at the cafe tells her what I have been having for the last year or so...

As for the money Jeff was right, it was more cash but the wife informs me she has ordered a new dinning table as we was saving up for one and the money i saved was put to it and she is now waiting for it to be delivered but hey she says i can have something next :D :D , now how much for a new shunter with sound
So at least i can sit there and say i helped get this through not smoking and if i do sucomb later i could always rip a leg off and smoke it  .

  I'm not sure if Phill means to rip off one of his own legs, his wife's, or one of the four on the table :!: :!:

Advice
The table leg is hard and tastes of charcoal when smoked.
Your own leg is painful and leads to complications when driving.
The wife's leg is less painful (for you), but at the very least would mean that you had to do absolutely everything for her.

Best to stick to no smoking, mate :!: :!:
