Well i am still in there guys, no fags for forget now its seem a life time away. I can run up the stairs now without getting knackered :D
The doctor is well please with my ticker now, says i have postponed my hope for a couple of years he reckons, just got to get my Chloestorel and bp down now :? .
Bob you doing ok and what about the rest of you lot still hanging in there.

Wonderful news Phil, don't run up and down the stairs to often though, pace yourself man.

Still watching what I eat, no cakes or biscuits, light lunches and breakfasts, no tea or coffee and feeling lots better.

That's really good news Phill and gives me even more incentive. I have stopped coughing now and don't have the 'whistles' when lying in bed so that's all to the good but not good enough. At least I feel as if I'm getting there.
