Yep, I'm down a notch on the belt and have been for a week and a half now I guess.
My stomach still thinks my throat is holding out though  :D :D :D
It keeps rumbling at me between meals
I'm still watching what I eat and given another month might need to use the hole punch on the belt 8)

It's marvellous to see so much success on at least a couple of fronts, no disrespect to your 'front' Marty  , I'm sorry to say I seem to be letting the side down a bit but at least I haven't gone backwards. I had been hoping for a bit of good news yesterday which could have seen me making that last step but unfortunately it never developed, maybe next week.

You are joking of course. After the 2 girls left home meaning we only had the boy at home she who must be obeyed said lest do the house out, that was about 5 years ago and so mush left to do but over the last few months we got started finnaly and what little money i have saved has so far gone on a new dinning table and the rest towards the final new carper we need. So may have saved but no b....dy rail stuff as yet  only a few scenery items so far but i am working on it  .
