Hi does anyone know if the Shorty Chassis 111-05 is a replacement for the 111-03 as I have found a site that does 3d printing for 009 items at a reasonable cost ,but the Locos need the 11-03 chassis. For the record the firm is Budget Model Railways Many thanks | |||||||||

111-03 is 4 wheels. 111-05 is 2 bogie, 8 wheel. Not really interchangeable as the widths are different. The bogie version is from memory longer but narrower. I used to get mine directly from Japan. Nigel ____________________ ©Nigel C. Phillips |

Hi Nigel thanks for the info ,seems none of the Model Shops have got this in ,and I emailed Peters spares ,and got a reply that it was out of stock and they had no information on any time of delivery . I tend to buy in the UK as the prices are about half the ones in Oz. | |||||||||

Seems that they are bringing out a new shorty 11-109 which I am told is a replacement for the 11-103and will be available sometime in the new year ,price appears to be about £25-30 | |||||||||
