Not always a crowd pleaser, but my current indoor layout interest is American outline in HO. It is built in my 8' x 6' garden shed, which also doubles as my workshop and storage facility for G scale garden trains.
This is where it is currently up to.

Track plan : Its basically an end to end layout wrapped up on itself.

Trains depart from "downtown" (bottom of the plan picture) and travel anticlockwise through a tunnel to the "dock interchange" there they are either loaded to a float barge or leave clockwise through a different tunnel and climb as they travel all the way round the shed up to the "mine" which sits over all the tunnels.

Some shots of various locations.

The layout is very much freelance, the scenery inspired by Union Pacific operation around Moab Utah.

Apparently there was some football on TV tonight... gave me some free time to give my fuel tanks a first coat of paint.

Hi RJR,
Looks good buddy! I do like your bridge by the doorway and it's great to see another US outline modeller here.
Football, what football!?! (never watch it!)
Cheers,
John.

Thought I would share a bit of therapeutic loading and unloading of the float barge...
