Here's the link: http://www.greatwestern.org.uk/barry1.htm Heritage Railways owe a huge debt to Dai Woodham and the Barry scrapyard. He certainly wasn't any knid of benefactor, making the full scrap value on all the locos he sold on, but the fact that he concentrated on cutting up wagons before the locos, meant that they remained there, largely intact, for many years. ____________________ 'Petermac |
