Same here - "server not found". It's all in the book - "Small Layout Scrapbook" (Amazon has it plus a downloadable Kindle version).

Working OK today. Visited a small model railway show on the Middleton Railway near Leeds yesterday and there were a couple of layouts that definitely fitted the small layout category.
