Progress has been rather slow on this layout but I have decided to get on with the two main boards.  I am currently working on the top left corner (looking at the earlier plans above).  This is where my previously constructed windmill will reside.  If you missed the windmill build it can be found here:

The windmill will reside in a small farmyard and I have been working on this of late (see 'puddles' thread).  I have planted a hedge around the perimeter using rubberised horse hair.  Peco fencing and a gate from dart castings form the boundary on the left.  This is how it is looking at present...

The area beside the fencing will be occupied by a barn.  Time to peruse 'Miniature Building Construction' again!
