The annual rail show in the SEC Glasgow is on the 21st to 23rd February inclusive. Is there anyone any plans for going at all.

I try to head up for this one each year. It makes a long but enjoyable day out. It will be the Friday for me this year.

Hi Bod,

I can't do the Friday unfortunately. Work looms. I'll need to be either Saturday or Sunday, with a preference to the Saturday.

However, enjoy the show on the Friday and leave some goodies for the rest of us.:mutley

Cheers

Toto

I've bought a couple of things from you at local shows Brian, will have a quick look to see if you've anything new.

Toto - I've booked first advance tickets for the Friday. Cheaper than driving up and going on Friday means breakfast and evening meal are included rather than their 'weekend' fare. (Told you I like to make a day of it)

Well,

a great day at the Glasgow show,

here are some pictures. I will apologise up front for the fact that they are a bit blurry and that there are no narrative to say which layouts they were from.....anyway, photos none the less.

I hope you enjoy.

and some more

worth another one I think......a bit closer this time,

my favorites, the class 37's,

and another, as they would say in Glasgow, I nearly had a staunner by this time. ( I'll leave you to work that one out by yourself ).

and some more,

I cant take no more

Now, this is class indeed,

and another,

and another,

and another,

and one more,

now a change of scene,

one last one, again sorry for the poor image quality.

and that my friends as they say........... is your lot. If you want more punishment, you'll have to flick over onto my main Rosebuddy post for my " see what I bought for the R&GLR thread.

there will be a little morsel in there for all you Turntable affictionado's.

I hope the above was of interest.

cheers for now.

Toto

G'day Toto,

Looks like you enjoyed yourself and no doubt picked up a few ideas. The GMRC Pickletillum layout looks good, but the winner here is the 57 Study Group layout, stunning detail !

Thanks for posting. :thumbs

Cheers, Gary.

Great pictures Toto, but I don't think Parker will be able to get Lady Penelope's Rolls out of the car park.
