Its been a long time coming but looks like it may finally happen.

Cant wait to see video's of one back in steam again.

Anyway would cost a mint and a few years to recondition her back to running order let alone converting her to oil fired..

Why will it be converted to oil-burning? Perhaps because like this 'Little Monster' I photographed in 2007 at Mount Washington it would otherwise run foul of the Climate Warming Fanatic's edicts? The Cog now operates a series of diesel-hydraulic locomotives but has secured a federal exception to clean-air laws to run a limited number of trains burning coal, as they did wholly during 2007, their last year of doing so.
