Your Model Railway Home

You are here:  Your Model Railway

Welcome to the Your Model Railway online club. If you are looking for real help with the hobby or would like to share your experience with others then please register and you will be warmly welcomed. You can see by the photographs on this forum front page that we have many excellent modellers with skills covering all aspects of railway modelling. Click to see them all.

We specialise in helping the beginner and no question is considered too basic to ask as we fully realise just how daunting some of this stuff can be to the beginner and help is freely given at all times. For the experienced modeller we have many members who can, and will, appreciate your skill and dedication to the hobby. Please click now to join us.

If, however, you have no wish to take an active part in the life of the forum then this is not the place for you. There are plenty of other excellent forums out there for you to register with. Register or not, whatever you do enjoy your modelling.

There are times when we have to stop new registrations, for various reasons, and if this is one of those times when you apply for membership then all I can ask you to do is keep coming back until registrations are open again.

The Members Choice: August 31st, 2010

I grew up close to the Metropolitan and Bakerloo lines. Despite being part of the underground system, these lines were very much overground in the suburbs, and neither went underground until reaching the outskirts of Central London at Finchley Road, and then on to Baker Street. To the layout.
